Wedding cake no longer has to be the traditional white cake. Pick our chocolate, marble, cherry, carrot, spice, almond, poppyseed, mock angel food, or our rich and creamy Cheesecake. Don't forget the filling. In season, we can fill these delicious cakes with Fresh Fruit or our assorted flavors of mousse.

The Cold Spring Bakery offers a variety of icings. We have the sweet and delicious white and chocolate buttercream and cream cheese icings. The whipped sensation of our white or chocolate bettercream. We specialize in rolled fondant icing, a must when creating the latest styles. It gives a clean smooth appearance, and has endless possibilities.

We carry a wide variety of cake pans to create your wedding cake. Round, square, and heart shaped cakes can be baked in two, three, or four inch deep layers. We have many wedding cake designs you can choose from, or bring in a photo or sketch of the cake of your dreams. We specialize in creating the perfect cake for you.

Place your order any time Monday through Saturday. Our cake consultants are on duty from 6am to 6pm. We suggest you order two months in advance, but exceptions can be made.

Our prices range from $1.25 a serving to $3.15 a serving. Prices vary with size, shape, fillings, and level of artistry. We take pride in a high quality product with an unforgettable look.
