Wheat is one of the most important Cereal crops. Wheat can grow in a wide range of soil-climatic conditions and is cultivated practically in all agricultural zones, except for tropics. The heat is also not dangerous for it, if it is not combined with high humidity: in the last case cultivation becomes unprofitable because of heavy damage caused by various diseases.
There are thousands grades of wheat, and their classification is complex enough, but there are only two main types  hard and soft. Soft grades are divided also on red-grained and white-grained.
