We manufacture wheat flour on daily basis and supply fresh stock from our end as per agreed quality specifications from India in Uttar Pradesh - Kanpur.Kindly note the following:(a)Moisture (when determined by heating at 130-133 degree C for 2 hours): Max 12.0 per cent.(b)Total ash (on dry weight basis): Max 1.8 per cent.(c)Ash insoluble in dilute HCI (on dry weight basis): Max 0.12 per cent.(d)Gluten (on dry weight basis): Min 8.0 per cent.(e)Alcoholic acidity (with 90 per cent alcohol) expressed as H2SO4 (on dry weight basis): Max 0.15 per cent.This is the standards at our end.
