1. The client must issue a Letter of Intent LOI details of the quantities, destination, time of purchase, price, qualifications, Incoterms of sale, full details of the principal, NCNDA signed by the principal and the facility of

4. The customer shall deliver proof of funds bank to bank POF MT 799
5. The Seller shall deliver evidence of product banked POP
6. The principal financial instrument issued by the operational and transferable MT 760
7. The Seller issues PB 2% Performance Bond
8. It starts the charging process to 45/60 days after the instrument warranty.

We may consider other proposals for payments and procedures.

All applicants must send LOI outlining full details of customer contact importer, broker facilitator, product type, product specification, quantity, period of contract, destination ports, payment and procedure, signed and stamped by the importing customer and the official broker.
Attach letter of representation of the importer customer if the broker citing negotiator.
Attach letter business or bank references.
The broker must report the total fees.
The price will be negotiated directly with the customer importer.
