This wine vinegar is obtained from Italian wines using an organic and natural fermentation system. Even the colour is the natural colour of the wines that the vinegar is made from: the white vinegar comes from white wines and is a typical straw-yellow colour; the red vinegar comes from Italian red wines and tends towards the ruby red colour.
Packed in shrink-wrapped trays (also in boxes, on request) of 12 bottles per type.
