TASTING FEATURES:
COLOUR: It has a straw yellow colour, clean and bright.
AROMA: On the nose, it has intense aromas of yellow Fruits and white flowers, with subtle glazed fruit notes. It is a very complex wine.
PALATE: In mouth it is creamy, potent very long in the aftertaste with a fruity and fresh end.
FOOD PAIRING: This wine goes well with fish in sauce or baked fish and white meats in general. Ideal with foie-gras, pasta and rice dishes and shellfish. Perfect match for aperitifs.
