Buyer shell pay the agreed price at sight against bill of lading. The buyer shall issue irrevocable confirmed financial instrument from prime bank acceptable to the seller's bank in net US Dollars.

Inspection:

SGS on sellers' account. Quality and quantity of the cargo shall be determined at place of loading by mutual       acceptable       independent        inspector appointed by seller and its finding shall be final and binding upon both parties, except in case of fraud, omission or manifest error and its cost is paid by seller.
