3.   SHIPMENT TERMS.

Time of shipment will be effected within 15 days counted from the date of receipt of deposit or L/C

All final at time and port(s) of loading as per independent surveyor's certificates at seller’s expenses.

-          Certificate of Container cleanliness

-          Certificate of Insurance: 1 copy (if CIF term applied)
