       Directly after harvesting, rice is known as "paddy rice". After hulling, rice is named CARGO, or BROWN. It is then undergoes a process of polishing to produce white rice.
       Rice contains between 60% and 80% carbohydrate; between 0.4% and 2.2% lipid and 6% to 11% protein.
       It has the same calorific value as wheat and three times that of potatoes.
