TEA ORIGINS & BREWING:
Our White Teas are from a rare tea variety that exhibits a slightly purple tint. These delicate leaves are hand-picked by specially trained skilled workers and sun dried in the cool mountainous surroundings. The sun drying ends when the leaves slightly harden displaying a slivery color. Our premier selections are gorgeous, elegantly long leaf buds that offer an exceptional tea drinking experience. Brew with attentive care, with water cooled to 170-185° F (76-85°C.) and steeped briefly for two minutes. Taste, then brew longer as desired. Several infusions are possible. |
