          Whole Turmeric (Alleppey & Madras) is cleaned and dried rhizomes of the plant Curcuma Longa. The product is a yellow to orange-yellow in colour with a spicy aroma and a bitter pungent flavour. Sterilisation can be done at the option of the customer.
