Our Slaghter Houses aims to brings its customer together with the healthy, hygienic, natural and tasteful products thanks to latest Technologies it has and its management policy showing great respect tolives and life quaity.
Chicken are delivered to the factory in special vehicles and then they are slaughtered following the control of vets. Slaughtering process is in compliance with Islamic methods based on the Halal certificate issued by the Regional Directorate of Religious Affairs and the process is carried out wih the latest Technologies. After slaughtering process, the feathers of the chickens are sent to chopping line. Chickens are classified according to their weight and then put into boxes.
With the sensitive weighing system placed on the chopping line. The chickens can be cut as baguette, fillet, grill and similar sorts up to 2 gr deviations from each other according to the requests of the customers. Chicken is kept in the halls cooled by dry and sterilize dair for 2 hours and temperature is declined to 0 and 4°C. By this way chicken carcasses do not contact each other and moisture isprevented. Thanks to air cooling system chickens shrink as little as 2 or 3 grams compared to those cooled by water. We have a good prices.
