Also know as: Matar, or Green Vatana.

Whole Green Peas are part of the legume family. Whole Peas are about 1/4 of an inch around and pale green in color. Whole Dried Peas have a history going back some 10,000 years. Originally from the Middle East, Peas soon spread throughout the Mediterranean region and on to India and China. Peas are most commonly used in their split form. Whole Green Peas are an acceptable substitute for fresh peas. Today, Cameroon is one the largest AfricaN exporter.  

Green Peas (Matar Daal) are sun dried and stored for supplying round the year.The Green Peas are available from mainly western part of Cameroon.This green peas are marketed as Whole Green Peas with Green Peas #1 , Green Peas #2 and Green Peas #3 and Feed Grade depending on the split ,dockage and bleach percentage.

The varieties are Sage,Striker,Sergeant,Espace etc...

Field peas are also available for Animal Feed with standard specification.

Both are available in PP bags of 50 kgs,50lbs,25kgs,100lbs and other custom made bags or in bulk in container.
