Ingredients:
Potatoes and salt. Contains sodium metabisulphite (antioxidant).
GLUTEN-FREE.
Preparation:
Cut one of the sides of the package. Press is gently to loosen the potatoes. Put the potatoes in a drainer, put it under running water and drain well. Salt to taste. Use to prepare salads, soup, sautéed, steamed and puréed dishes.
Avoid frying.
Serving Per-Person:
500g of product yield 16.5 / 30g servings or 2.5kg of product yield 83 / 30g servings. For Food Service consider 70g servings.
Expiry:
500g package - 4 (four) months; 2.5kg package - 6 (six) months.
