This is a product made from Korean red ginseng concentrate and panax ginseng C.A. Meyer extract. After bio-transformation separates ginsenosides from carefully selected ginsengs, they were purified up to 99.9%.

From Korean red ginseng concentrate, a special type of ginsenoside excellent in vivo absorption is successfully made and saponin is split and purified with bio-transformation. Aljisam  has the main saponin ingredients such as Rg3, Rg5, Rg1, Rk1, Rh2, Rb1 greatly enhanced. This made Aljisam  good for immunity boost, fatigue, improving memory and blood flow with blood platelet aggregation.

Rg3 is one of the main saponins in red ginsengs or wild ginsengs and a good ingredient for anti-dementia, anti-cancer, hypotensive, inhabitation of cancer cell proliferation and suppressing development of tolerance to anti-cancer medications.

As Rg3 in a medicinal ginseng is only 0.03%, the effect of taking the whole root cannot that big. The process to extract pure Rg3 from ginsengs has been very complicated and extremely expensive.
