All goat?s cheeses go well with the white wines from their own region.: White Sancerre, Pouilly fumé, Quincy, Muscadet, Menetou salon, Reuilly, Vouvray sec or demi sec, Bourgogne aligoté as well as the white wines from Haut Poitou.
If you prefer to drink a red wine with your cheese, tend towards the lighter wines: Chinon, red wines from Haut Poitou, Beaujolais primeur or Gamay.
