  Filling volume adjust:

Controlled by the meeting valve:

1.filling the material into the tank firstly,till the material volume  to the closure position of the float ball,test pumping with manual filling switch,

2.if the filling is not sufficient,open the measuring adjustment valve lager,till the sufficient amount for filling cups.

Work principle:

1.The whole machine is made by the main drive,droping cup,feeding,filling suction membrane by mechanical hand,heat 2.sealing,coding,finished product conveying electrical control,ect.

3.the template forward moving, sealing heads upper and lower movement and the signal transmission;it is completed respectively by the rod and chain drive.

4.the process of suction membrane by mechanical hand is completed respectively by two cylinders and a vacuum generator.

5.Through the PLC to control the opening and closing time of the three solenoid valves,and then control the cylinder.

6.PLC is controlled by 5 proximity switches and output signal.

7.in the PLC outputting ,filling and dropping and sealing linking to work,the various functions of the machine work independently This machine function including:

Auto-drop cups→auto-rinsing→filling (liquid) →suction membrane→sealing →output the cups
