Fluidizing dryer  is also called as fluidized-bed.It consists of air filter. heater. fluidized-bed main machine ,feeder, cyclone Separator, cloth bag duster, high-pressure centrifuge fan and opration table. Because the properties of raw matrials exist difference.When equip the dust removing equipment. it should consider the practical need. It can select cyclone separator and cloth bag duster at the same time or one of them. In general speaking,it needs to select cyclone separator only for raw material that is large in specific gravity and cloth bag duster for powder and small granule raw material that is light in specific gravity. Meanwhile there is air feeding device and Belt Conveyor for selection.

Principle 

 

XF fluidizing dryer uae clean air after filtrating,through heat exchange, make air temperature rose to a certain value into main machine, though distributor of valve plate into fluization,damp material from material charge to drier, because of wind pressure,raw material from boiling state in drier,the wide contact betwee hot air and raw material,increase the process of hot exchange, Inshort time,make water vaporizing from material.Raw material discharged from material charge, exhaust gas discharged from the top of the fluidiztion bed, the air is discharged from cyclone separator,dust remover of bag after reclaiming material. The machine is work in negative pressure.

 

Application 

 

Drying operation of medicines,chemical raw materials,foodstuff,grain processing, feed and so on ,For example,raw medicine,tablet,Chinese medicine, foodstuff of health protction,drinking,feed, resin,citric acid and other powders. The suitable diameter of raw material will be 0.1-0.6mm.The best diameter of raw material will be 0.5-3mm.
