The yeast sources from nature beet.With high sugar yeast and low sugar yeast.
That is used for manufacturing steamed bun,steamed roll,bread and other fermented food. This yeast can be added directly to the mixer by mixing it dry with the flour
or by sprinkling it on top of the dough when mixing begins.

2.Direction for use :Mix with flour in the 0.8-1.0% and stir with other ingredients. 3.Packing size:100g,125g,450g,500g. vacuumed sachets,in carton.The vacuum-packed sachets guarantee the product´s stability at ambient temperature,
up to the date shown on the packaging.
