Two grade yeast propagation tank can be heated and cooled, and can be used as yeast culture storage vessels too with unique heating and cooling structure, high efficiency of heat exchange. Cooling form: indirect cooling with coolant glycol in cylinder cooling jacket bottom interlayer. Heating form: indirect heating with steam in taper cooling jacket inter layer.
Touch screen is adopted as the operation and monitor interface for the system. All setting of auto control parameters and the monitor for the operation states of the whole system can be realized on the tough screen. The temperature, pressure, and condition of oxygen feeding and mash tret yeast growing of yeast machine can be controlled automatically. The parameters such as yeast growing temperature, pressure, condition of oxygen feeding and mash tret can be reset according to requirement of technical process. The auto control mode can be switched over to the manual and the manual mode can be switched over to the auto control mode at any time required by operator.
