They began baking matzos in 1921, and moved to their production facility to Jerusalem in 1949. The Yehuda Matzos Co. is a leading matzo products & matzo flour manufacturer, meeting all strict kashrut and quality requirements, ISO 9001 and HACCP certified. The products are marketed in Israel and in various countries around the world. Yehuda Matzos maintains both supervision from the Chief rabbinate of Israel, and a separate line under the supervision of the Beth Din Zedek of the Orthodox Jewish Community (Badatz) and Kosher Lemehadrin certified by the Chief Rabbinate of Jerusalem. This includes the 18 minute Jerusalem Matzos and the 18 minute Jerusalem Shmura Matzos (supervised from the moment of harvesting lemehadrin).All kinds of matzo flour can be supplied in bulk packages for factories and packinghouses.
