PROCEDURES To Buy :
1) Buyers Sends LOI to seller
2) Seller sends SCO to buyer
3) Buyer issues ICPO which must have complete banking info of the buyer
4) Seller issues Draft Contract along with the FCO to buyer
5) Buyer amends or signs, seals and returns the Contract along with a formal BCL
6) Seller signs and seals the Contract and return to the Buyer by email
7) Buyer sends POF via Bank to Bank.
8) Seller sends POP for the quantity delivered to allow the buyer to open the LC payment
9) Buyer Bank sends Operative or Non-Operative L/C to the seller’s Bank
11) Seller Provides 2% BP to activate the L/C
12) Shipment Starts as per the contract, IN CASE of CIF DEALs.
