The powder is creamy colored product, with neutral taste and smell, consists Skimmed Milk powder, refined and hydrogenated vegetable oil.

Only water ,leaven and flavor needs to be added to produce yogurt.

Depending on production machinery, approximately 10L of yogurt can be produced from 1 kg of powder.
The final product consists approx. 6% of fat and 2 % of protein.
