Description:

  Vibration filter sieve is a kind of sieving equipment and is widely used for grading and

Usage:

  1. It is mainly used for screening, filtering, grading and removing impurity for all kinds of powder, particle, and liquid, ESPECIALLY FOR DRY MATERIAL.

  Working principle of the vibration filter sieve:

 

a.  The vibrating source is also from vibrating motor.

 

b.  There are two motors to be fixed on the both side of screening box(or under the screening box) to corotate by the contrary direction. In the process of rotating, the eccentric blocks of motor will emerge a kind of centrifugal force, which can be transmited to the screening box and make the machine run by linear direction.

 

c.  Then the material on the mesh will be vibrated  – forward and screened. By choosing the suitable mesh, the screening target is realized

  How to adjust the vibration force?

By changing the angle between the eccentric block to adjust the excitation force .    The  larger the angle between the eccentric blocks,the smaller the exciting force , on the contrary ,the smaller the angle the greater the exciting force , two eccentric block coincides exciting force maximum . ( Note : both ends of the eccentric block  must be adjusted consistent . )
