Daily maintenance

 

1. Before running

 

   (1) to check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is a damage

 

   (2) each group clamps is locking.

 

2.Running

 

   (1)notice any abnormal noises

 

   (2)electric current is stable

 

   (3)whether the vibration is abnormal.

 

3. After running

 

   (1)after used clean up the vibration every time

 

   (2to inspect regularly the coarse mesh , fine mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage

 

   (3)whether each part of the vibrating body caused damage due to vibration.

 

   (4)need to add the site to be the lubricating oil
