Working principle of  polyurethane vibrating screen

 

Adjust the upper and lower ends of its phase angle, the screen can change the material's surface movement ,to achieve the purpose of screening a variety of materials. 

 

The functions of  polyurethane vibrating screen

 

It is mainly used for screening, filtering, grading and removing impurity for all kinds of powder, particle, and liquid.

 

 

a.   Removing impurity. Generally, single layer is recommended for removing impurity.

b.Screening, filtering and grading. If the material size include 2 kinds, single layer is available; if the material size is 3 kinds, two layers are suitable; If the material size is four kinds, three layers are recommended. 1. What it does...
Separate solids from liquids or segregate dry materials into various sizes. Particles as fine as 400 mesh (37 microns) can be screened, with up to 5 screen decks incorporated in one XZS separator. No special flooring or foundation is needed and less working floor space is required. Simple and efficient design requires less horsepower. Other features include long screen life and ease with which screens may be changed.

2. How it works...
Basically, the XZS Separator is a vibratory screening device that vibrates about its center of mass. Vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motion-generator shaft. Rotation of the top weight creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to the periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine, causing vibration in the vertical and tangential planes. The angle of lead given the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the spiral screening pattern. Speed and spiral pattern of material travel over the screen cloth can be set by the operator for maximum throughput and screening efficiency of any screenable product ... wet or dry ... heavy or light ... coarse or fine ... hot or cold.

 

3. Any self-cleaning devices on the sieving machine

Yeah, the self-cleaning is a necessary structure on the rotary vibrating screen. Under each layer sieve mesh, there are some bounce balls. In the process of working, it will hit the sieve mesh ceaselessly to finish the self-cleaning. Besides this, it also can prevent the sieve mesh from being blocked.
