This is made in kochi pref. in Shikoku island.
This salt is very tasty, due to natural salt which is exposed in the sun
Kochi is famous for yuzu cultivation.
(Yuzu ponz soya sauce is also made in Kochi pref )
Ingredients: Natural sea salt, Pamelo Powder, Magnesium Carbonate.
Directions of use:
1. tempura
2. Roasted fish
3. Kara-age ( deep fried chicken )
4. Yakitori ( grilled chicken )
