?. System Construction
1) Large Bucket hoister: Raise material to linear weigher which controls the start and stop of the hoister.
2) 4 heads linear weigher: Used for quantitative weighing.
3) Vertical packaging machine: Pack the material with high speed, and data printed, sealing-off and bag cut are completed automatically.
4) Platform: Support the 4 heads linear weigher.
5) Product Conveyor: Conveyor the product to next step.
Ⅱ .Main function
1) The process of materiel conveying, quantitative weighing, bag-making, fill-in, date-printing and product-conveying are all completed automatically.
2) Linear weigher provides high weigh precision and whole system is controlled by closed loop, which is easy to operate with high efficiency.
Ⅲ .Application
It is developed for precise and high-speed quantitative weighing packaging. It is suitable for weighing materiel of grain with good uniformity, such as oatmeal, sugar, salt, seeds, rice, sesame, Milk Powder coffee, etc.
