This equipment is used for liquefaction in automatic solid state vinegar brewing industry, using the 304 stainless steel as materials and cycloid wheel type reducer.

Which is equipped with polyurethane foam for insulation. Alternation of intelligent control  according to time and temperature. Beautiful appearance, easy cleaning , low noise, fast heating and cooling.

Alcoholic fermentation is the process of converting saccharide substance to ethanol under the action of microbes.

Function and characters:

Fermentation tank provides yeast bacteria with best environment for growth and metabolism in order to make saccharide substance can be converted to ethanol.

This equipment adopts the 304 stainless steel as materials, the working temperature is controlled by DF automatic control system, moreover, cycloid wheel type reducer is designed to recycle the alcohol which is taken away by carbon dioxide during the reaction..

Vinegar brewing equipment:

 

Automatic solid state vinegar brewing equipment (China national Patent No:CN200920245590.9 ) , which is used to brew vinegar with all kinds of grains as raw materials including corn, sorghum ,etc. Through this equipment, all kinds of vinegar can be produced in high efficiency, such as mature vinegar, BALSAMIC VINEGAR and grain vinegar.

The main structure and characteristic as follows:

Tanks system : rotating axis and horizontal tanks , SUS316L material is used, and it is processed by polishing both inside and outside. Designed pressure is 0.25Mpa, operating pressure is 0.01-0.07Mpa, special design for security ventilation, exhaust and sample port.

Mixing system : mechanical agitation, double propellers blades; speed can be controlled: positive and reverse rotation can be set by time , 0-99 minutes adjustable.

Disinfection :steam can be injected to the vinegar directly with help of mixing system in order to finish disinfection.
