IQF Boletus Edulis whole
Collect fresh mushroom in the local mountains, transport to the factory as soon as possible,
clean the mushroom by high pressure water gun quickly and as well as by hand, sort & select
strictly, without any foreign Mushrooms, flow mushrooms with strong wind before freezing.
Packed in cartons of 10kg,15kg.
IQF whole mushroom: 1st & 2nd Class, cap 2-4cm, 4-6cm & 6-8cm.
IQF cubes: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Class, sizes: 2x2cm, 3x3cm, 2.5x2.5cm.
IQF Half cuts, 1st & 2nd Class, cutting with cap 2-4cm, 4-6cm & 6-8cm.
IQF Slices: 1st & 2nd , length 3-10cm, thickness 3mm.
