1. Raw Material:
All the Peanut Kernels we sourced is long Shape 34/38 kernels called Dongbei peanut kernel which is Graded A, our province(Shandong province) is the basement of peanut kernel but there are more aflatoxin than others, we usually select DONGBEI peanut kernel as our best raw metarial instead of Shandong peanut kernel, the reason of that is in order to control our quality especially aflatoxin, we spare no expense although the price of ourpeanut kernel is high than others.
2.As to the peanut butter, the taste is particularly important.
Roaster of Peanut Kernels, Peanut butter flavor will be stimulated: as to processing, our factory always heat A grade peanut kernel to 180 degrees then maintains the temperatuer for one hour to make the flavor to be stimulated, so our peanut butter tastes better.
3.Geting rid of the peel, we always get rid of our sprout, you know the sprout is a little bit bitter, although this procedure would increase our cost but in order to supply high quality peanut butter, we are pleasure to do that.
4. Mill Machine:
The peanut kernels to be milled two round-trip to ensure the peanut kernel's precision exceeds 98%, other factories usually mill the peanut only once, so that the taste is not as well as ours.
