Organic Condiment based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. with truffle

The Vinegar maker has been cultivating its vineyards for the production of "Balsamic" vinegar since the beginning of the last century.

Balsamic vinegars made with high percentage of cooked grape must and wine vinegar, without any thickener, colorant or preservative.
They are high-end 100% natural commercial products, aged in oak barrels.
Different cooking and ageing level that give different densities and bouquets. Perfect for everyday use.

Usage and how to taste it better: grilled steak, Vanilla Ice-cream, fresh Strawberries, with Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan), Fresh Salad.

The ingredients of this Organic Condiment are:

Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (49%), Organic cooked grape must, organic wine vinegar, natural flavour of truffle.


APPEARANCE: Liquid.

TASTE: Sweet and sour, with hints of Truffle.

AROMA: Pungent.

COLOR: Intense Dark.
