Application: same usage as baking powder,
Thoroughly sift the powder into the dry flour.
The reference dosage is about 10g~20g for per kilogram flour,or following the value in baking recipe.Double acting of baking powder is highly performed under proper temperature.
Ingredients: dicarbonate,disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate, calcium carbonate, edible starch,edible glucose, potassium bitartrate.(Aluminum content<=0.01%)
Storage: Under normal temperature,keep in cool and dry place,avoid sunlight and avoiding damp and agglomerate,please put it into wellclosed container after opening.
