2.Processing Introduce
| -Collect the raw material, these are imported varieties; |
| -To remove the damaged material then process without any impurities; |
| -To process it under food system control of HACCP,ISO22000,BRC,FDA etc; |
| -QC team supervisions the whole process; |
-If all the processing procedure goes well without any problem then pack the products accordingly; |
-To keep it stored in -18 centigrade degree. |
1. Q: Are u a manufacturer or a trade company ?
A: We are a manufacturer and also have our own trading company, we are major in chinese agricultural products planting,processing & exportation.
2. Q: What is MOQ?
A: MOQ is negotiable, since we are good at combined container, if for 20ft container, it's around 2-3 tons, and for 40ft containers around 2-3 tons too.But if you need some trial goods,500kg to 1tons for some products which are ok too.
B: the MOQ is also base on packing, if in small packing, sometimes we also can do 0.5 tno or 1 ton, it's negotiable, pls rest assure that.
3. Q: What is your payment term?
A: For first cooperation, it's better to do TT or L/C, after we trust more each other, it's also possible to do DP and Extend your payment days, it is no problem.
4. Q: How can I get the samples?
A: sample is free, but the flight cost should be negotiated, since frozen foods need to be delivery with dry ice, the cost is expensive, and the freigh cost can be return if order made.
5. Q: What is your sample lead time?
A: Around 5 ~ 7 days after offer confirmed.
6 Q: What is your Standard Packaging ?
A: Bulk packing is 1x10kgs/ctn,
B: Retail packing such as 10x1kg/ctn, 20x500g/ctn, 4x2.5kgs/ctn, 20x1lbs/ctn, all can be base on customers request.
