WPC35(Whey Protein Concentrate 35%)is a milky white to light yellow powder refined from fresh sweet whey from cheese production using advanced ultrafiltration and spray drying technology. The product features a natural whey aroma with a pure and mild scent, slightly sweet with pure milky flavor, free from bitterness or fishy taste, and disperses easily in water to form a uniform emulsion.

Whey Protein Concentrate is rich in bioactive components including β-lactoglobulin, α-lactalbumin, immunoglobulins, and lactoferrin, with excellent solubility, water-holding capacity, and emulsifying properties. Known as the "king of proteins", whey protein contains abundant essential amino acids and branched-chain amino acids(BCAA)and is highly digestible
