New Zealand Whole Milk Powder is a milky white to light yellow powder refined from high-quality fresh whole milk through pasteurization and spray drying processes. It features a rich and pure milk aroma with a natural sweet taste, free from burnt or off odors, with excellent solubility and dispersibility.

Approximately 8-9 kg of fresh milk is required to produce 1 kg of whole milk powder. The product retains the original nutritional components of milk, with protein not less than 24%, fat not less than 26%, and lactose not less than 37%. Whole milk powder retains all the natural milk fat, delivering a rich, creamy flavor and full-bodied taste, making it ideal for various food processing applications that require a rich milky flavor.
