Udon noodles are one of the most representative of Japan , is made of wheat flour, salt and water .The usual shape is (diameter 4 mm to 6 mm) coarse noodles. In Winter add hot soup in it and cool noodle in summer. Cold udon can dip a kind of concentrated feed juice called "surface seasoning sauce".
