Our Frozen Beef Trimmings 80/20 are produced from carefully selected beef cuts trimmed during deboning and portioning. With an average visual lean of 80% and 20% fat, this product is designed as a stable, cost-effective raw material for ground beef, burgers, sausages, canned products, ready meals and other processed meat applications.
Controlled Lean/Fat Ratio 80/20: Balanced fat level gives good juiciness, flavour and binding properties for grinding and mixing with other ingredients.
Clean Beef Raw Material: Trimmings are obtained from approved bovine carcasses, trimmed of excess bone, cartilage and large connective tissue; free from foreign matter.
Frozen for Long Shelf Life: Rapidly frozen at –18°C or below to preserve colour, flavour and microbiological quality during transportation and storage.
Versatile Processing Ingredient: Suitable for use alone or blended with lean beef, offal or other meats depending on desired recipe and cost structure.
Consistent Block Format: Packed in uniform frozen blocks for easy weighing, handling and loading into grinders and bowl cutters.
