Our batters are made from environmentally friendly raw materials. They include usual ingredients: spices, herbs, wheat flour, etc. We intentionally don't use flavor enhancers, modified thickeners in order to offer you an exclusively natural product and maximum freedom in its application. Dry batter mixes are easy to use and allow you to get an incredibly aromatic, ready-to-eat product with a proper consistency.
Ingredients: wheat flour, native potato starch, salt, citric acid, soda. Shelf life: 12 months.
