INTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pour 200 ml (1 cup) of cold or warm milk into a bowl. Stir in 5 tablespoons (30g). Instant Cereal of Wheat with Milk, until a purée is formed.

Smoothes fruit: Mix 2 tablespoons of Instant Cereal of Wheat & Milk or your favourite fruit juice and mix until homogeneous.
