Shelf life: 12 months, once open can stay fresh up to 7 days

Every batch of stock:
1) randomly chosen for brix, taste and texture taste
2) send for lab test and anlaysis (TPC, E.coli, Samonella,etc)
3) measure weight and check whther in good round shape
4) use certified UV LEDs in the production line to deactivate pathogenic bacteria
