Does Tieguanyin tea hurt your stomach?
Generally, green tea doesn't go through the process of fermentation, hence it is cold in nature. It's not recommended to drink in winter or for the people with weakness in spleen and stomach. While the black tea is fully fermented so that it's hot in nature, it's not suitable to drink in summer or for the people with full internal heat.
