Sparkling red wine with a red garnet color. In the palate resembles raspberries, baked quince and some vanilla. Buttery and dry, in the mouth engages very well. Since is an old Sparkling wine has an average concentration.

Vinified in the cellar in granite mills, from a batch of selected grapes which originated this natural sparkling wine. Produced by the classical method, after bottling aged over 48 months prior to performing the “degorgement” without added sugar. A truly natural sparkling brut.
