Packaging Static & Dynamic COF Tester is specialized in measuring the static and dynamic coefficients of friction of plastic film and sheet, rubber, paper, cardboard, woven bag, fabric style, metal material composite belt for communication cable and optical cable, conveyor belt. By measuring the smoothness of materials, the quality of materials can be controlled and adjusted. In addition, it can be used to determine the smoothness of cosmetics, eye drops and other daily chemical products.
Ø The dynamic and static coefficient of friction of the samples can be measured simultaneously in one test.
Ø The speed can be adjusted to support different sliders.
Ø The instrument can meet the requirements of GB, ISO and ASTM and the testing method can be selected according to the demands of customers.
Ø The table and slide block are degaussed and processed by remanence , which effectively reduces the testing error.
Ø The tester is equipped with touch interface and controlled by micro-computer, which is convenient for users to carry out operation and view data.
Ø With professional software it can automatically process statistical analysis and reanalysis of original data of single and group results. In addition,superimposed comparison in group curves and multiple reports which can directly show the testing results to customers are obtained.
Ø Micro-printer and standard USB interface facilitate the external connection and transmission between the instrument and data sharing system of laboratory.
The two experimental surfaces are placed flat together. Under a certain contact pressure, the two planes move relatively to each other and the required force is recorded. The weight of the slider divided by the test force is the friction coefficient.
