Product Description
LCD Digital display system
Show the temperature of mix hoppers, the voltage, the hardness of the ice cream, etc.
Microprocessor controls
Microprocessor regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
Alarm when the mix is not enough or belt slipping
When the inductor in the hopper can't touch the mix for 4 seconds, the low-mix light will turn on and the machine will alert by buzzing. The machine will stop working in case of the belt slipping.
Self-protection in Over-currency and low-voltage
The machine will stop automatically if overload occurs to protect the compressor from over pressure damage.
Freezing cylinder protection
In case a strong frozen happened in cylinder, the machine would shut down automatically to prevent more damage.
Standby function
Keep the temperature of the mix and the freezing cylinders around 4°C during long no-use periods.
Pre-cooling function
Speed up the hopper freezing and keep mix fresh in surrounding with high temperature.
