Juices contain certain amount of gas, which includes the inherent gas contained in the fruit itself and the mixed gas during the process of juicing. The vaccum deaerator is adopted to remove the gas, so as to prevent the nutritious contents in the fruit and vegetable juices from continuing the oxidation, reduce the density difference between the pulp granules and juice liquid, reduce foaming during filling and sterilization as well as corrosion to the inner wall of tank when the tinplate tank is packed.
