♦ How to make soup  "Yakisoba sauce (DC-1)"  

1. Prepare cabbage, carrot, beansprout, pork, steamed noodle.                                                                   2. Pour salad oil, vegetables and pork into a heated wok. Stir fry.                                                                 3. Stir noodles with chopsticks to break them up.                                                                                        4. Pour the Yakisoba sauce into a stainless steel container.                                                                          5. Add 30 g of the sauce into the wok with low heat.                                                                                  6. Stir fry well.                                                                                                                                     *** Serve with pickled ginger and Aonori (green seaweed) as topping.
