The olive groove is located near the city of Sitia ( eastern Crete, Greece) on the Lashiti plateau away from traffic and pollution. the olives are harvested, then processed in a monastery nearby. This 100% organic cerified (EU organic, P.D.O Sitia-Lashiti-Crete, Bio Hellas and Agrocert) olive oil is cold pressed and not filtered. This is what gives it it's gold-greenish colour. It has a vegetal taste of fresh cut grass. The acidity is around 0.2% and 0.4%.
