Soybean oil is a product obtained during the processing of soybeans. Soybean oil hydrated is a pure, liquid fat, in which there are no proteins and carbohydrates, but there is a huge amount of vitamin E of two forms: vitamin E1, vitamin E2, only this form is fully absorbed by the body.
Soybean oil is rich in calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, lecithin, polyunsaturated and saturated acids, linoleic, stearic, oleic and other acids.
