Produced from fully mature ripe Mushrooms which have been clean washed and individually quick frozen.

This is an all natural product, containing no additives or preservatives,no SO2. And may therefore be subject to seasonal colour and flavour variations.

Product is free from additives and preservatives, product complies with USA legislation currently in force regarding the use of pesticides in food products , No pesticides residue.
